​We do not accept returns or exchanges for products simply because of a change of mind, or if you do not like the scent or texture.

​We only accept returns or offer refunds if the item you received is:

​Damaged: The product was broken, leaking, or compromised upon arrival.

​Incorrect: You received a different product than the one you ordered.

​You must contact us regarding a damaged or incorrect item within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests made outside of this window will not be eligible for a refund or return.

​If your return is approved, you will have the option of either:

​Full Refund: A refund for the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

​Replacement: We will ship a replacement of the original item at no additional cost to you.

 

​5. Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions)

​The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the case of confirmed damage or error on our part:

​Items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

​Gift Cards.

​Any product explicitly marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
